“Good writing is not so much about divine inspiration,
but it’s having the right strategy”
How to develop the right mindset for writing your book
In two weeks, on Friday, we will start the new challenge in the BizKaizen Facebook Group. Over the course of a few weeks we will watch the videos from a course together and help each other to implement. This time it will be the ‘Write Your Book Course’.
One of the most important aspects of writing your book is your mindset. Without the right mindset you might work incredibly hard, but you won’t get your book written and even if you do, it won’t fit right with your business strategically.
To prepare you for the challenge (you can participate if you join the group right here), I’d like to share one of the first videos in the course with you today.
I’ll tell you how to develop the right mindset so you can get your book written in 28 days!
Please note that the Facebook Group is only accessible if you’re a member of BizKaizen. If you haven’t yet joined our growing community, you can do so here.
What inspires you when you think about starting your book, what is it that holds you back, what do you think you need in order to really get started? Let me know in the comments!
See you in the challenge, and until then
To your success,
For both my business, I would like to learn how to write a book.
My first business, is all about the electronic industrial parts that with my business model fits in a circular economy. The creating of awarness for resources amongst us (urban mining) is very important….I want to share my knowledge and reason.
The second business, is also a circular business concept. People should become aware of the fact that lending and using can be far more lucrative than buying and own products.
I really agree,
also my experience with lending the machinery that I bought, out to others, it’s hard to get back and in working condition.
As so far that they used it, without informing me for their work.
Fine after they where useless, I started lending equipment from a store nearby, not the rental stuff because that is really expensive, but a neighborhood initiative. Open only 2 hours everyday run by volunteers.
the are my best friends in the hood.
For me, the biggest challenge is giving the writing priority over my other daily tasks. I have written fiction before, but for my non-fiction success book I would rather focus on finishing the writing in 7-10 days. It would be a great experience too, to share with my authors.
yeah, on writing
the thing is I am not writing a book more, pieces from the heart, like columns.
It took me a year to write my . . . thesis almost giving up 2 times, but finally it is a great item, very satisfying
to conclude and finish something,
and then they want more of it . . .
So maybe this is not my direction, but it sounds interesting.
Write it the way you speak, aha! that is the key =) love it! Thanks
